However, if they look like the social type, you could decide to put them in close cubicles for you to give them the chance to cultivate friendships at the same time.

Start buying pots of plants just to make everything look refreshing in the office. Plus, this could give the impression to your applicants that this could be their home in these coming years. They could be themselves while they discover who they are as a professional at the same time.

Be sure that the flow of your income is already stable at this point. That is only way to conduct yearly renovations. So, be out there to close more deals as of the moment. The purchase of additional accents can wait and you really have to be wise on how you are going to spend your resources.

Being in a rush will never be good for you. One could take care of a department for several months at a time. That can prevent disruption in the operations.
