The abstract watercolor painting will require and individual to have the right procedures to make the ideal creation.

Leave alone the form, texture, line, pattern and color, the art is inclusive of much more. In this article, shape and pattern are elaborated in details. The instructions given below shows clearly the procedure to mix the watercolors when creating the analogous colors. In most cases, the procedure is used to make personal watercolor painting using a variety of colors. Depending on how you want the painting to be like, you can incorporate different shapes.

At first, use a pencil to draw simple shapes on watercolor paper. The choice of the shapes to use will be determined by you love for objects and what you want the end product to look like. The most regular shapes incorporated include, triangles, circles, teardrops, trapezoids and rectangles just to mention a few.

To follow, add some pencil shapes and make them as simple as possible. Connect the initial shapes with the new ones. To avoid confusion, use different colors to distinguish between the two shapes. After drawing the simple and basic shapes, use watercolors from a pan or the watercolors in the tubes. The choice on what to use will be determined by the budget at the table. Using a pan is a bit cheaper and economical.

Watercolor palette is formed once the clear lid of watercolor case lifts up. Once this happens, mix the colors. A clear white paper should be used behind the palette. This will aid in seeing the colors mix. The leftover paint should be allowed to dry once you done with the painting but only if you plan to reuse it.

Next, by use of some small brush, choose a color. Select particular shapes on the paper and paint them with the color of your choice. Once done filling in a few shapes, pick another color, place it next to initial color on the palette. Then use a brush to mix the two colors. Here you will come up with a new color which should be used to fill in some more shapes.

Let take your first color to be red and the next one yellow, the resulting color will be orange after mixing. In order to lighten the mixture, add white color. Do not mix all the paint at once. Taking our example leave some orange and red as they could be used once more in the procedure. More shape are filled using the new pale, ochre color. Now that you have tried out red, orange and ochre, change to something darker. To get a darker color you will need to mix brown and red on the palette. The resultant color should be used to paint the remaining shapes.

The above described steps should be followed to mix the colors on a palette and there-after fill in the shapes until all are painted. Some individuals will stop here as their utmost ideal will have come out while other wish to go ahead on more detailed-addict.
