Her aim was to break down the negative perception of the public of the Gypsy community is this area so that they will not be having anymore bad media publicity.

Her next work was called A Dogs Life which is about the life of greyhounds who are raised for the sole purpose of dog racing. For this documentary, she worked closely with famous dog trainer Ger Mckenna so that she could know how these dogs eat, live, and breathe. By doing this, she was able to make her work come to life and was able to portray these hounds in the honorable way that they are supposed to.

Sometime in the year 2004, Murphy headed back to her home in Ireland in order to settle down and pursue photography there. By this time, she was already very famous and had her works displayed in Germany, Ireland, and even in London. In fact, she was even featured in the Irish version of the famous Times magazine.
