By Lena Stephenson

Many young people of today love to form bands and play in their parent's basements or garages. It is a way of making new friends as well as getting to know new words allowing one access to certain clubs when speaking the language. One does however need to know what the best jazz guitar amps are in order for the music to sound professional.

This is an electronic device that will increase the power of a signal and is often described at the heart of the loudspeaker or microphone. Generally the watt that is most commonly used is about fifty watts. There are four different types and these include the voltage, current, transresistance and transconductance amplifier.

It also seems to make ones brain sharper and helps to become more logical when dealing with decisions which in later life can prevent many mental problems like Alzheimer's. Playing music for an hour and a half every day will lower the heart rate as well as reducing the blood pressure. Just for that reason alone it would be a good idea to play some kind of instrument. Many secretly would love to do something like that but are unsure as to how they will be seen; it has been proven to improve the health so no more procrastinating.

The Fender Mustang IV is great for playing jazz, blues and any softer mode of rock and roll. It has a classic look and has a great up to date digital effects processor and modeller. This one would be great for forming a band and has lots of flexibility. There is an USB port that can be attached to the computer and has a really good effects option. It also has XLR stereo output with five new effects and an intelligent pitch shifting.

The Line 6 Spider IV 150 is very powerful and flexible. It has plenty of effects and many guitarists dial in their pitch to use as presets. The downfall with this one is that if one is not into computers it could become a hassle to do updates as well as online resources. The additional features online is that one will be able to receive guitar lessons as well.

Before buying an amplifier there are a few things that one will need to have to ask themselves. There are a few different tubes that one can buy namely the hybrid tube or solid state, the all tube amp or a solid state amp. The pros of the tube amps are that the sound is great and they have a high dynamic range.

The Vox Valvetronix VT80 Plus is generally used for the blues and any softer mode of music. The sound that is produced is very clean and almost has a crunchy sound as well. It can go very loud and has lots of power. The only con is that when dealing with the effects it can become a bit confusing.

The Peavey Vyper 100 is considered to be the best one to buy. The floor panels are easy to work and many would say it looks cool. This one can run four loudspeaker models and can create different signal path combinations as well. A device that has a wide and flat neck is easier for the performer to form cords on and play scales easily with.
